Definitely looking better. But there was no way to mimic the real thing. This is one of those cases Nolan should have admitted to himself that you can't use practical effect to create explosion that looked like nuclear blast. Heck he had used CGI before to create nuclear explosion scene in Dark Knight Rises so why not here... Oh well besides that I think Oppenheimer is overall overrated and his poorest movie, theres just too much lenght to it and the last part of the movie dragged so much I was about to walk out of theater, I didnt find that last bit of political squabble one bit interesting

A head-on wave larger then the waves coming is NOT a rogue wave. A giant wave that comes from another direction, other than the one your heading in is a rogue wave. Deadliest Catch has video of true rogue waves.

I believe that the last image at 1:51 is the one referred to in Sebastian Jungers' "The Perfect Storm" as "the big wet fist".

The only "Rogue wave" I really saw was the one @1:20 that was caught on the TV show Deadliest Catch. That monster literally came out of nowhere. That's what I always think of when I think of a rogue wave. Yes, a much bigger wave than any others but you don't even see it coming!!! A lot of the other clips while the waves are definitely huge, at least you can see it coming and brace yourself. That Deadliest Catch wave came in like a secret ninja!!!

The only one that was actually a rogue wave is at 1:16 and it was recorded on Deadliest Catch. Sucks you can really make it out. The rest by definition aren’t rogue waves.
